Our Company
When we founded FOR Energy in 2010, we had one goal in mind: to make a brighter future for our community. So we started offering energy audits and installing solar panels. As it turns out, we weren’t the only ones interested in a better tomorrow—our Phoenix neighbors leapt at the opportunity, and we’ve kept busy helping Arizona residents maximize the energy-efficiency of their homes ever since.We've even grown to helping residents in 17 other states and are continuing to increase our energy saving foot print.

Sean McGraw
After graduating from ASU with a degree in Sustainable Energy & Materials, Sean founded Affordable Energy Solutions - which would eventually become FOR Energy - with his father Brian in 2010. When not performing solar consultations, you can find Sean giving back with the Phoenix 20-30 Club or ASU's GlobalResolve.

Tyler Nay
After relocating his family to Arizona in 2013, Tyler was introduced to the world of sustainability and renewable energy. In 2015 he joined forces with Sean McGraw as a full partner with a mission to improve the quality of life for his Team and FOR Energy customers. When he's not working you will find Tyler enjoying time with his wife and their five daughters.

Dan Mullaney
Dan got his start in the military, proudly serving as part of the U.S. Coast Guard for eight years. After his honorable discharge in 2002, he worked in sales for several companies before settling into the solar industry in 2010. He worked with one of the largest energy-efficiency companies in the nation before joining the FOR Energy team in 2016.

After spending more than 35 years providing strategic business advice to private companies in a variety of industries, Tom joined FOR Energy team as Strategic Business Advisor (Consultant).
