Canvassing Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Canvassing Manager to help us meet our sales and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our canvassing team potential, coordinating canvassing schedules, hiring, training and keeping a motivated team that reaches their goals. This is a salary based position that also earns personal and team performance commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit lead targets by successfully managing the canvassing team
  • Design and implement a strategic schedule to ensure maximum exposure and conversions
  • Make final hiring decision of team members,manage objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team
  • Create a strong pipeline of leads
  • Present leads generated , conversion revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Marketing Director
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, canvasser, or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process
  • Strong business sense
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in Arizona heat
  • Enthusiasm for door to door marketing 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Positive attitude and outlook- our company culture needs to be reflected in every aspect of the business.
