We are looking for a high-performing Canvassing Manager to help us meet our sales and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our canvassing team potential, coordinating canvassing schedules, hiring, training and keeping a motivated team that reaches their goals.This is a salary based position that also earns personal and team performance commissions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit lead targets by successfully managing the canvassing team
- Design and implement a strategic schedule to ensure maximum exposure and conversions
- Make final hiring decision of team members,,manage objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team
- Create a strong pipeline of leads
- Present leads generated , conversion revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Marketing Director
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, canvasser, or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process
- Strong business sense
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in Arizona heat
- Enthusiasm for door to door marketing
